Let’s say you bought a pair of hiking boots and get good use out of them for 15 years. Time for a new pair? Of course. Unless you bought them at LL Bean and want to take advantage of their liberal return policy. It’s become an inside joke that has spread to the outside. A guy goes to the return desk and asks for a refund. Employees are trained not to snicker.

Many of us look for loopholes. Trump won’t produce his tax returns. Why do you think? Might we all get the wrong impression? Probably not. Many of us are not trained to hold in a snicker.

At RentaLife, we support the idea of paying for what you use and then returning the item. That’s called renting. There’s no “getting your money back.” It’s an honest way to do business.
